It is well known that running while great for fitness has huge benefits to  our mental health and wellbeing.  Within our club we have different types of runners, from competitive to social runners, who are all supported to reach their goals. 

Our social running group concentrates on maintaining fitness,  meet like minded people and making some great friends. 


Within our Wednesday social running group, we  offer training plans from our dedicated  coaches who are there to support and guide you to reach your goals in a non competitive way.


We welcome all levels from walkers to runners.   It is a great fun way to get moving.

Every Wednesday at 7pm at North Sligo Running Track,  Grange Sports Complex.  

Preregistration is essential.
